My Personal Experience
I have been using this product for more than 2 years now. It has been a stable skin care product that I cannot live without. It's very strong at first so I suggest to use a very little amount for your skin to adapt. Always use a sunscreen/sunblock in the morning after applying this cream. At night, I use a serum or a moisturizer after this since it's not as moisturizing. It's great to use at any time because it's not greasy at all. Some people find the smell unpleasant (my mom hates it), but I don't really mind since the cream itself is so effective.

After just one use, I noticed that my skin was a lot smoother and softer. My skin was less oily in the morning. After a month or so, I can definitely see a difference in skin tone and texture. It cleared up my acne. In addition, this cream fades dark spots really well because of its exfoliating ability. Some of my post acne scars went completely away after several weeks. It also reduces fine lines around my mouth and pore size. You'll really get visible results with this cream.

 

 

Bottom Line
I would definitely recommend it for troubled, aging, uneven skin.

Neutrogena used to have the Healthy Skin Rejuvenator for about $40 - $50. Compared to that and other similar products, this microdermabrasion system is so affordable. The refills are about $10.99 - $13.99 for 24 puffs.

My Personal Experience
I have been using this device since June 2011. It's recommended to be used 3 times a week. I only use it once or twice a week since the exfoliation is pretty strong. It's not harsh, but strong. You'll get a deep exfoliation using this product. The device does not rotate, however. It has two settings but it only vibrates. What I do is move the device in circular motion to get a better result. I also use the lowest setting. I suggest using the higher setting for the body. My skin does improve in tone and texture, but not after one day or two like it claims. It works great after a period of time. I only wish that they have different types of refills for different skin types, such as a gentler type of puffs for sensitive skin.

Bottom Line
I would recommend it for occasional use as a skin treatment.
